GREAT Spa.. over two days, I had several services from massage to facial etc.. and I can honestly say ALL of my technicians were better than good at what they do. If I had a complaint, it would be too much talking to the customer. Not a biggie, but I feel I missed some of the relaxation w/holding convo's

I booked a facial for me and my husband and omg it was amazing. My Esthetician’s name was Andrea and she has the most soothing hands ever! My husband and I will definitely be one of her regulars! I highly recommend Andrea, she’s the sweetest and most passionate person I ever had a facial with.

Afternoon. I’m reaching out on behalf of my first and most likely last massage session today. I came in with severe neck and shoulder pain and noted this on my consultation paper and to my massage therapist, Dennis. Although kind, Dennis ignored my problem areas and left me face down for the entire hour long session causing my face to swell and worsening the headache. I kept repeating my problem areas but was ignored. I left in much more pain then when I had arrived. Neither the front desk nor Dennis seemed bothered by my pain or dissatisfaction. The front desk was simply worried about my payment and if I wanted to re-book. I felt invalidated and unappreciated as a paying customer. Profits were put before my health and safety, making it feel as though my pain and concerns were not valued. I am disappointed, still in pain, and frustrated by this establishment and their lack of effort to ensure my safety and comfort.

My daughter purchased a gift certificate for my birthday which I used but had a remaining balance but when I called to inquire about it I was told is was applied for gratuity. I nor my daughter was never informed of this.

Wow! 100% A five star experience the whole way! We enjoyed the changing rooms woth shower facilities, the cozy robes, and our facials and massage were out of this world. Thank you so much to the staff for being kind doing such a wonderful job!

Setting the Appt was quick and easy. We arrived and they welcomed us, guided us through their fantastic business. The facial technicians and masseuses were very professional and the services were amazing. I highly recommend the hot stone massage.

Highly recommend Pura Vida - I scheduled a spa day for our annual team building day. Service was awesome, the entire staff was very professional, we will be returning! Thank you Pura Vida staff - our ladies enjoyed their experience. The lounge area was perfect for us to visit between our services.
